Ayla's 1st Halloween

Thursday, Ayla came to school & partied with the 1st graders... they were sooo excited to see her all dressed up like a ladybug for her 1st Halloween!

She did a great job supervising the festivities ...

She also got to admire Queen Jensen's (our principal) jewelry... ooohhh... sparkles...

On Halloween Ayla donned her costume again & we headed over to the Folsom Zoo for the annual "Treat or Treat", but of course, we forced her to pose with the 'rents along the way... we're already embarrassing her!

My Two Babies

Here's Henry & Ayla taking a (supervised) nap together right before her 6 month well baby appointment... by the way, Miss Ayla Belle is now 19.6 lbs (99%) and 28 1/2 in. (100%)... um, yeah... she's a tall drink of water!

We just returned from our trip to Florida to celebrate Brent & Vanessa's wedded bliss. We had a great time & it was such a happy, beautiful wedding! Ross was the proud Best man & Ayla was the cutest (if I do say so myself) Baby of Honor/ ring bearer... here is just a little taste of the festivities...

The Princess and the Peas

Ayla had her first taste of peas today! Until now she has had nothing but breast milk and rice cereal mixed with breast milk (& a little water)... needless to say, the new taste was quite a shock! But she managed to finish the entire serving! Kim, look away, I know how you feel about watching children eat!

After dinner she explored Daddy's tattoo...
